Upon comparing the original and the circulated thumbnails, similarities in background, color scheme, and Dr. Tasnim Zara’s image are noticeable, but there are clear differences in text and font. Additionally, the edited screenshot indicates a video duration of 2 minutes and 2 seconds, which precisely matches the length of the actual video. This confirms that the screenshot was taken from a different video and later manipulated using digital tools to fabricate the misleading thumbnail.

Therefore, a screenshot from a separate video on Dr. Tasnim Zara’s YouTube channel was edited to include the headline “How to enlarge and thicken the genitalia? Solution” and then circulated as if it were an original thumbnail, which is a clear case of digital alteration.
