This post indicates that Damant is alive and well.In addition, the mainstream Bangladeshi news outlet The Daily Star published an online report titled, “Luke Damant not dead, debunks rumor himself,” further verifying that the death claim was baseless.
Luke Damant gained significant attention in 2023 during his visit to Bangladesh. A viral incident involved him being harassed by an elderly Bangladeshi man named Abdullah Kalu. Police later arrested the man but was subsequently released.
